Just sitting here thinking about what I could blog about and wanted to post something which would make an impact on someone and I came up with this. I hope after reading this you have a positive thought....
I was inspired to write about this after reading this :
Imagine the feeling of looking at the man who murdered your uncle, who cut out his organs and gave it to someone to eat- and forgiving him. Imagine being abused and taunted, and when given the chance to retaliate, instead you forgive. This was the Messenger of Allah Ta’ala (sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam), a man described as “an excellent exemplar for those who hope in Allah and the Last Day” [Quran, Chapter 33, Surat al-Ahzab, 33:21].
Many of us cannot forgive our parents or friends or spouses when they say hurtful things when they are angry. We tend to hold grudges for years, unable to forget the things people have done to us. On the one hand, we feel justified in feeling this way. After all, we are the ones wronged. On the other, bottling things up inside is unhealthy at the very least, on both a spiritual and psychological level.
The reason why Iam writing this post is because everyone goes through a time where they fall out or get hurt by someone . Forgiving someone can be very difficult however if you do not forgive ,you are wasting your life because If God can forgive someone then why can't you . Yes it's not that easy depending on the situation however instead of spending your time talking about the negativity and replaying the situation it's best to move on from it . It's about moving on from the situation and healing it.
This is good for both because you do not deserve to hold onto any grudges . You are a better person when you spread your arms and forgive . It also helps us to develop inner peace and happiness in our lives . Also there is a famous quote by Nelson Mandela "when a deep injury is done to us , we never heal until we forgive ". I seriously mark those words. Ones heart should forgive the worst and forget the bad .

What is a hijab?
Definition: A hijab is a veil traditionally worn by Muslim women in the presence of adult males outside of their immediate family, which usually covers the head and chest.
So what does a hijab mean to me ?
Hijab to me is EVERYTHING! I cannot imagine going out without one. It is part of my identity and modesty. I feel like a queen when I wear one. It is my pride and joy. I feel confident and protected with my hijab. It is almost like a shield. It is in fact part of my dignity and I feel as though Iam exposed without it.
Finally hijab to me is simply representing Gods commandment, It liberates me...

On Friday 27 January, President Trump signed an executive order temporarily blocking travel for immigrants from seven “terror prone” Muslim-majority countries.
The order imposes a 90-day ban on travellers from
- Syria
- Iran
- Sudan
- Libya
- Somalia
- Yemen
- Iraq
What did people say about this topic:
- " You do not build a strong nation by saying hey the person next door Iam not going to trust you or Iam going to be suspicious of you because that only creates hatred and fear"
- "This is just dictatorship, does not feel democracy at all"
- 2I am heart broken because they had to be sent back to the war zone " states a Pennsylvania family.

Thank God, Alhamdulillah (All praises be to god) Trump was stopped by the constitution. The system had made the right decision. Luckily the judges refused to reinstate Trump's order. I give all my respect to the judge. I feel it was so unfair to even make a decision like this. It as just chaos and full on racism. It feels like this was mainly focused on the Muslim minorities because the countries listed above are people from the Arabic countries. This just affects everyone around the world because we are all united in some way or the other. There are friends and family longing to see their relatives having waited for a long time and expect a disappointment . It is just insane. He was just inviting trouble. Muslims are just targeted and judged sadly.
Seriously there is a current obsession in mainstream media and academic discourse pertaining to Islam and the West. This current obsession is tinged with negative signifiers with the global media’s predominantly negative portrayal of Islam and Muslims, depicting Muslims generally as violent, fanatical, bigoted, or as extremists and terrorists.
